I received a fruit basket from Milton Flowers. The basket itself was not really to my taste, but I understand that fruit preferences can vary from person to person. The bigger issue was the add-on gift of Lindor chocolate truffles. I tried one and immediately noticed it tasted off, so I tried another and had the same reaction. I then checked the package and saw that the chocolates had expired in October 2025, about six months earlier. That was disappointing and concerning, especially for an edible add-on item. I would expect any food product included with an order to be checked for freshness before being delivered.

They make you spend 50 dollars before they will do anything to help you. I was sending balloons to my best friend for the first time of losing her mother because her mother would do this for her! but no they wanted me to spend 50 dollars on balloons. No accommodation to help a person out . I didn't want 50 dollars worth of Balloons. Horrible people,, Don't order from them!!1

We ordered a bouquet in 2013 for a friend's mom's funeral and it was lovely. So naturally we ordered from them again when her dad passed last week. The woman who took my order had no idea what any of the flowers I requested were, so I made a point to email them the list when they sent confirmation (they also had my address and the delivery date wrong). I was completely embarrassed to have my name associated with what was delivered to the funeral home. It was the wrong colors and had wilted and dead flowers in it. It was awful. They had corrected the order to be delivered on the correct day, but I got confirmation of delivery the day before. Even still, they are walking distance to the funeral home, so how could the flowers be dead overnight. It was shameful.I requested a refund or a bouquet sent to the friends home. All they offered was a 20% discount on a future order. I will NOT be using them again. UPDATE 10, 1.2024 9, yes NINE years after delivery a DEAD arrangement to a good friends fathers wake… two door down from their shop, they wrote a generic response about they take review’s seriously. NEVER GO HERE. Paid about 100.00$ for dead flowers, and they refused to replace it.
